The Operations Manager supports the International Clinical Director of Operations in managing day-to-day operational initiatives across our teams, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. This role will also support in implementing the right processes and best practices Teladoc to ensure scoping, staffing, resource management, launch and management of new services, process management, optimization, and delivery of team trainings are efficient and effective.
Role and ResponsibilitiesDuties shall include but shall not be limited to:You will communicate and work with other functional groups to identify, review, maintain, align and improve cross-functional processes throughout the clinical programs.Providing guidance and training to team members as neededMonitor Clinical Operations process performance, Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement of the existing workflows and processesYou will be involved in tasks and decisions related to the development of new technologies and tools for the Operations Department to enhance operational efficiency and help implement them (working in partnership with the tech and wider Ops team)Response and problem-solving issues needing urgent response throughout the day as related to the virtual services offered.Take ownership of tasks and ensure efficiency of internal communications and processesSupport KPI reporting and circulation to review trendsYou will interact with the Clinical Operations department staff (including Medical Leads) and project teams to provide guidance to resolve compliance issues.Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company and include management.Keep your line manager informed of all issues and suggest solutions as neededFuture potential for oversight of teams such as telehealth agent / service lead
Skill Requirements/PreferencesHas the ability to ‘make things happen’Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Planning and Organisation Skills.Data-driven decision makingFluent in English writing and verbal.Great team player who maintains a positive outlook and believes in sharing skills and knowledge, to ensure success for all.Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes and ability to adapt to and learn new processes, technology and software packages.High level of attention to detail.
