Operations Manager

The Lion Park Resort is looking for an experienced operations manager who is passionate about the customer service industry.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for all the day-to-day operational aspects of the Lion Park Resort.

Education
• BGCSE or equivalent qualification
• Technical qualification at diploma level (Electric/Mechanical engineering or Hospitality Management)
• Tractable references

Experience
• Minimum six years of operations experience in the amusement park industry
• Minimum three years at the managerial level at an amusement park

Skills and Knowledge
• Business policies, procedures and processes
• Programmable logic controllers, Variable speed drives
• Standards relating to amusement park installations (ASTM 24, F770, F2291)
• Knowledge of industry practices
• Safety orientated
• Cost management
