Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily business operations. In this role, you will lead operational initiatives, improve business processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the efficient delivery of organizational objectives. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and supporting the company's long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality performance.Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior management.Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and business objectives.Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.Manage project execution, resource allocation, and operational planning.Collaborate with departments including Finance, HR, IT, Customer Support, and Supply Chain to improve organizational performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.Analyze operational data and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in operations management, business operations, project management, or a related leadership role.Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead remote teams effectively.Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are an advantage.Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.Previous experience managing distributed or remote teams is preferred.
