Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and excellence in service delivery, maintaining a smooth workflow across departments. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that all products meet high standards, reducing defects by targeted percentages. Manage inventory levels with precision, optimizing stock turnover rates and minimizing waste through effective forecasting and control. Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative culture that drives high performance and employee engagement. Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs, aligning with company growth objectives. Monitor and analyze key operational performance metrics, using data-driven insights to identify and implement continuous improvements. Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with at least 5 years managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels. Solid understanding of quality control principles and inventory management best practices. Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiency with measurable results. Preferred: Experience in the food manufacturing or specialty foods industry. Advanced certifications in operations or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP). Familiarity with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
