Operations Manager Sales

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. Previous experience in Tech Support and/or Sales environments is highly preferred.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.Manage the daily functions of the business.Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes.Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements are followed.Manage the budget to align with business goals.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other business units to achieve performance objectives.Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.Ensure teams are aligned with business standards, policies, and procedures.Analyze operational results and provide recommendations to leadership.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a similar role.Previous experience in Tech Support and/or Sales environments is highly preferred.Experience working in a BPO or Contact Center environment is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Strong organizational and communication skills.Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Ability to work effectively with multiple groups within the business.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage daily operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and reliability.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
