TLCx is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This AM/PM schedule position involves leading team performance, maintaining service standards, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and manage team performance.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational goals.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational processes.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Address and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards are followed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with process improvement and operational performance metrics is preferred.
