About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor with 3+ years of relevant experience in the BPO industry. to oversee daily operations and ensure that processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This is a AM/ PM schedule position responsible for leading team performance, maintaining service standards, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations and manage team performance.Monitor productivity, quality, and operational goals.Implement and maintain efficient operational processes.Train, coach, and develop team members.Address and resolve operational issues.Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards are followed.Qualifications3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Required SkillsStrong leadership and team-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in logistics or supply chain operations.Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.Experience with process improvement and operational performance metrics.Equal Opportunity Statement
