Operations Supervisor

Supervisors are to be role models for the specialists. They will assist in the nesting process, ensuring that every specialist is well-prepared for their calls. They will continue to support specialists after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration.
What You’ll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of Specialists to achieve performance goalsDrive productivity through continuous performance monitoring and feedbackAnalyze team results and identify actionable insights to improve outcomesEnsure payroll accuracy and operational compliancePartner with cross-functional teams (PE, BI, P&C, IT) to enhance performanceSupport hiring processes and contribute to talent development initiatives
What We’re Looking For2+ years of Call Center experienceMust have valid U.S travel documentsProven experience in team leadership or supervisionStrong English communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teamsData-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skillsExperience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
