Role DescriptionThe Operations Supervisor oversees PM-shift operations for Home Health Care accounts, ensuring On-Call and Coordination teams deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality service. The role manages staffing, escalations, caregiver coordination, patient needs, workflow, and real-time operational issues.Key QualificationsSupervisory experience as a Supervisor in Home Health Care, Healthcare, On-Call, Staffing, or Care Coordination preferred.Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to manage high-volume On-Call and caregiver coordination activities.Strong communication and escalation-management skills.Ability to monitor KPIs, productivity, service levels, and team performance.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work on-site, PM shift, including 1 day of the weekend.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational/reporting tools.
