Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of 16 customer service agents supporting German appliance brands, ensuring adherence to performance metrics. Monitor daily operations and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordinate schedules aligned with US, Canada, Australia, or UK market hours, maintaining compliance with shift requirements. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and accountability. Prepare detailed reports on team performance, attendance, and operational challenges for senior management review. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment, preferably with customer service teams. Ability to start immediately and commit to on-site work at TP Silver City, Taguig. Flexibility to work shifts aligned with US, Canada, Australia, or UK time zones.
