Operations Team Lead - Onsite

🎯 Operations Team Leader opening As our next team leader you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives. This position has a direct and immediate impact on the overall efficiency and profitability of the company.
What are we looking for: • At least 1 year experience as an Operations Team Leader or Operations Supervisor within the call center industry• Customer service experience is a must • Previous proven experience in a staff position is a must • Experience in Healthcare accounts is a big plus• Excellent Communication skills • Ability to influence a team towards specific goals • Experience in people development • High integrity standards • Ability to drive KPIs by constantly monitoring agents • Schedule Availability is a must • Ability to work with minimum supervision
What you'll do: • Drive and exceed team performance • Take escalated calls • Drive important KPIs on a daily basis remotely by constant coaching • Provide support to associates in regards client priorities and metrics • Coaching and development • Performance Management
