What you’ll do:Lead, coach, and motivate a teamMonitor KPIs, productivity, and performanceDistribute workload and ensure daily goals are metHandle escalations and operational concernsProvide feedback, coaching, and supportIdentify opportunities for process improvementCommunicate with internal teams and clients
What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership role Experience leading teams in Call Center, BPO, Customer Service, or Operations environments Strong leadership and people-management skills Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills Intermediate–Advanced English Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze and manage team performance
