Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of a finance support team, ensuring service excellence, process efficiency, and achievement of operational KPIs. The ideal candidate will have strong people management, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience within a finance operations environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of AP & AR Associates, Team Leads, and Trainers.Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.Drive process improvements and implement operational best practices.Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for internal and client stakeholders.Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning.Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure client satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and operational standards.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Experience managing finance operations, preferably Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, and operational reporting.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is preferred.Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
