Order Management DirectorWe are seeking a senior leader to drive Order Management, Customer Service, and Service Delivery operations within a global organization.This role will be responsible for leading large teams, delivering service excellence, managing executive stakeholders, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring operational performance across customer-facing processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Order Management and Customer Service operations.Drive SLA, KPI, productivity, and customer experience performance.Manage executive stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and regions.Lead process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive governance, operational excellence, and business transformation programs.Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.Manage critical escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer and operational issues.Ideal Profile15+ years of leadership experience in Order Management, Customer Service, O2C, Service Delivery, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.Proven experience leading large teams in multinational environments.Strong background in operational transformation, process improvement, and automation.Experience managing senior stakeholders and complex regional or global operations.Strong analytical, communication, and people leadership skills.Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.Fluent English required.Preferred BackgroundWe are particularly interested in leaders coming from:Global Business Services (GBS)Shared ServicesOrder-to-Cash (O2C)Customer Service OperationsService DeliveryBusiness Process TransformationCustomer Operations
