The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives, managing geographically distributed teams, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and budget.The role requires expertise in project governance, Agile delivery, financial management, risk mitigation, resource planning, and executive stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Programme LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of complex OTM projects and transformation programmes.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.Establish and maintain project governance frameworks and reporting structures.Drive execution while ensuring adherence to organisational standards and methodologies.Cross-Regional Team ManagementManage and coordinate globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.Foster collaboration between business, technology, operations, and external partners.Mentor project teams and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Stakeholder ManagementBuild trusted relationships with senior business leaders, sponsors, customers, and vendor partners.Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level status reporting.Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus across diverse groups.Financial & Cost ManagementOwn project budgets and financial forecasting.Monitor project expenditures, cost optimisation opportunities, and financial risks.Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget and business case commitments.Risk, Issue & Dependency ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.Establish proactive risk management plans and escalation mechanisms.Manage critical issues impacting scope, schedule, budget, or quality.Agile Delivery & Process ExcellenceLead Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models.Drive sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and release planning.Ensure continuous delivery of business value through iterative execution.Project Planning & GovernanceDevelop and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools.Track milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and project health indicators.Ensure compliance with organisational governance, quality, and audit requirements.Technical & Functional SkillsProject Management Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, ConfluenceAgile/Scrum Delivery ManagementPortfolio & Programme ManagementBudget Management and Cost TrackingResource Planning and Capacity ManagementRisk, Issue, and Dependency ManagementChange ManagementExecutive Reporting and GovernanceKey CompetenciesStrategic ThinkingLeadership and Team BuildingStakeholder Influence and NegotiationCommunication and Presentation SkillsDecision Making and Problem SolvingConflict ResolutionCustomer and Business FocusResults OrientationPreferred ExperienceManaging digital transformation, cloud migration, AI, data, or enterprise application programmes.Working within global matrix organisations.Experience collaborating with teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and other international regions. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.15+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale projects and programmes.Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ resources across multiple geographies.Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
