Join our dynamic team as an Outbound Sales Representative and play a key role in expanding our customer base through targeted outbound sales calls. This part-time position offers a unique schedule of three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 10 PM to 2 AM Philippine Time, ideal for candidates seeking flexible hours with focused responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate qualified sales leads and close deals. Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve call scripts based on performance data. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to overall company revenue growth. Follow up promptly with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to provide knowledgeable responses during calls. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience in outbound sales calls, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively over the phone. Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work the specified night shift hours (10 PM to 2 AM Philippine Time) three days a week. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Preferred: Experience in technology or software sales. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs. Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
