A-Power, Inc. is rapidly expanding and seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to lead HVAC equipment sales across Upstate New York, including Syracuse, Rochester, and Buffalo. Join one of the fastest-growing HVAC equipment brands and leverage our extensive product lines and local market presence to build lasting B2B relationships with contractors, dealers, and retail partners. What You Will Do: Drive HVAC equipment sales to contractors, service companies, and dealers throughout your territory. Build and maintain strong business relationships through in-person meetings, phone calls, and strategic follow-ups. Represent A-Power’s HVAC product lines with technical knowledge and confidence. Utilize CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM, to manage sales pipeline and maximize performance. Collaborate with marketing and management teams to execute territory growth initiatives. What We Are Looking For: 2 to 5 years of B2B HVAC or technical equipment sales experience. Strong communication skills with technical fluency in HVAC concepts such as tonnage and SEER ratings. Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, persistent, and results-driven. CRM discipline and excellent self-management skills. Residence within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY (ZIP 13202). Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Compensation and Perks: Base Salary: Approximately $70,000 per year (flexible based on experience).
