Role Description The Owner role at Dcor Line is a full-time, on-site position based in Chorrillos. The owner is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring that customer orders and services are delivered accurately and on time. This role includes handling budgeting and financial oversight, setting sales and performance goals, and making strategic decisions to grow the business. The owner will coordinate with suppliers, address customer concerns, and maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.
