Key Responsibilities Operate your own truck safely and efficiently across all 48 states, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. Manage freight delivery schedules to ensure on-time, damage-free shipments that meet customer expectations. Maintain your truck in excellent working condition through regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Document all required paperwork accurately, including logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports. Optimize routes and schedules to maximize earnings while balancing personal time and rest. What We're Looking For Required: Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record. Owner-operator status with a well-maintained truck. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a truck driver, preferably with owner-operator experience. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude. Preferred: Experience running regional and OTR freight across multiple states. Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and freight management software.
