Title: Packaging & Labelling Engineer Location: Franklin Lakes, New Jersey Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: Must have prior experience in the medical devices industry, specializing in designing and developing packaging systems compliant with ISO 11607-1 & 2 standards. Author detailed rationales, protocols, and strategic plans for packaging modifications. Conduct and analyze packaging validation tests including seal strength, package integrity, aging studies, and distribution simulations. Lead and manage sample builds and facilitate cross-functional design review meetings. Prepare comprehensive validation reports and maintain meticulous documentation for regulatory compliance. Implement labelling updates using Adobe InDesign ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs to verify correct use of symbols, Unique Device Identification (UDI), and multilingual content. Independently drive packaging and labelling projects, coordinating efforts with manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams.
