RIVERO turns retailers' excess inventory into deals for global buyers. We're building our paid media engine and want someone who runs ads with AI baked into how they work.
The role: Paid ads expert. Strength in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You use AI to move faster and smarter.
You'll:Run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads end to end: build, launch, optimize.Use AI tools to write copy, spin up creative, and find angles fast.Set up tracking: GA4, Tag Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag.Test constantly. Copy, creative, audiences, landing pages.Report what matters: spend to leads to ROAS.
You need:Proven Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads results (real budgets).Actually use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your ad work.Know conversion tracking and GA4.B2B / lead-gen experience.Data-driven and self-directed.English and Spanish.Solid computer + internet.
Bonus: Google/analytics certs. Logistics, wholesale, or e-commerce experience.
