Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes to ensure smooth paint application. Select, mix, and tint paint colors accurately according to project requirements. Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail. Inspect and maintain painting tools and equipment to guarantee optimal performance. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to minimize risks during painting operations. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on schedule and meet specifications. Clean and organize work areas post-completion, disposing of materials responsibly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in painting or related fields with a strong portfolio. Knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation methods. Understanding of safety standards in construction and painting environments. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting. Certifications in painting or construction are advantageous. Experience with spray painting equipment is preferred. Reporting to the site supervisor, you will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project delivery.
