Requirements High school diploma (Bachiller) At least 2 years of experience in bakery Main Responsibilities Ingredient Selection: Receive, weigh, and store raw materials such as flour, water, yeast, and salt. Dough Mixing and Kneading: Combine ingredients to develop gluten and achieve ideal texture. Fermentation: Monitor time and temperature to ensure proper dough rising. Shaping: Form bread, pastries, and bakery products either artisanally or industrially. Baking: Precisely control oven temperature and baking time to achieve a crispy exterior and soft interior. Decoration: Apply glazes, sprinkle flour, seeds, or egg before or after baking. Quality Control: Check flavor, texture, and color of finished products. Inventory Management: Review stock and place orders to avoid shortages. Hygiene Standards: Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work areas.
