Role Description The Paraguay Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in Paraguay. The franchise partner will oversee local market research, adapt Lingua Learn’s services to the Paraguayan market, and drive business development through outreach to individual learners, schools, and corporate clients. Day-to-day activities include managing the local marketing strategy, coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online language and training services. The partner will supervise local staff and freelance trainers as needed, monitor performance metrics, and align operations with Lingua Learn’s brand standards and customer service expectations. This role is suitable for individuals or entities prepared to invest time and effort into building a scalable, online education business in Paraguay.
