About the role

Lingua Learn Franchise Group is a virtual online training school with over 45 franchise hubs worldwide, delivering more than 50 languages to public and corporate clients. The Paraguay Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a contract role focused on establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s presence in Paraguay. The franchise partner oversees daily operations of the online language school, including local market development, client acquisition, and relationships with individual learners and corporate customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lingua Learn’s franchise systems and coordinate with the Global Franchise Support Team.
• Manage local marketing activities and ensure effective use of the e-commerce website and CRM tools.
• Facilitate language and training programs by liaising with Lingua Learn’s global teaching network.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor business performance.
