Role Description The Paraguay Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract role focused on establishing and managing Lingua Learn’s virtual language school presence in Paraguay. Day-to-day tasks include promoting Lingua Learn’s language training services, building relationships with individual learners and corporate clients, and overseeing local marketing and outreach activities. The partner will coordinate online class schedules, support the development of training programs aligned with Lingua Learn standards, and ensure high-quality learner experiences. Responsibilities also include monitoring business performance, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and collaborating with Lingua Learn’s central team for guidance, training, and operational support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage learners, corporate clients, and stakeholders effectively.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and make data-informed business decisions.Candidates should possess Training and instructional skills to support the delivery and quality of online language programs.Experience in education, franchising, or language services, and familiarity with the Paraguayan market, is beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, with basic business management, digital marketing, and customer service skills, is preferred.
