Our firm is growing and we are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious Paralegal to join our Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Regulatory team in Santo Domingo.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced attorneys on sophisticated local and international matters, supporting work related to business structuring, intellectual property protection, and regulatory compliance.

🎯 Role Objective
Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, contributing to the efficient management of legal matters, organization of documentation, and strict compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.

🧠 What You’ll Do
Assist with company formations, corporate filings, and maintenance of corporate recordsSupport the management of trademark portfolios, including filings, renewals, and oppositionsConduct legal research and assist in preparing memoranda, reports, and summariesPrepare and format contracts, correspondence, and legal documentsAssist attorneys with due diligence and transactional support tasksCoordinate with government agencies and administrative offices for filings and proceduresMaintain and organize physical and digital legal filesTrack deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements to ensure accuracy and timeliness

📋 What We’re Looking For
Top-performing law student (advanced semesters) or recent law graduateDemonstrated interest in Corporate or Intellectual Property lawStrong legal writing and research skills in Spanish and EnglishExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments under deadlinesComfortable working with digital tools and learning new systemsA proactive, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset
