Exciting Career Opportunity: Full-Time ParalegalBarakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a talented Paralegal to join our international legal team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position based in Medellín, Colombia, primarily working remotely on an evening shift from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (COT), Monday through Friday. You will work closely with an experienced U.S. legal team, gaining hands-on experience supporting U.S. litigation matters. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks. Comprehensive training will be provided; prior U.S. legal experience is not required.
QualificationsLicensed attorney in ColombiaEnglish proficiency at the C1 level, both written and spokenStrong academic record (GPA of 4.0 or higher)Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn case-management softwarePrior paralegal, legal assistant, or litigation experience is a plusAbility to consistently work the 2:00 PM–11:00 PM COT evening shift, Monday through Friday
