You will lead communication strategies, moderate online platforms, and organize virtual events to empower our parent community. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage parents. Manage and moderate online forums and social media to foster meaningful discussions. Organize and host virtual events and webinars on parenting topics with strong participation. Serve as a liaison between parents and Vyagale’s Academy, collecting feedback to improve community initiatives. Stay updated on parenting trends and community engagement to ensure relevant content. Create supportive, informative content that encourages parent interaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance community programs and support systems. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field. Excellent communication skills with a friendly, supportive tone. Experience in community management or social media engagement. Proficient with digital tools for community engagement and content management. Familiarity with online communication platforms and social media channels. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
