Work effectively with other cleaning staff to coordinate cleaning efforts and maintain efficiency. Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to meet standards for cleanliness. Engage with clients in a professional manner, addressing any concerns they may have. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work preferred, but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with cleaning products, disinfectants, and equipment. Excellent time management skills and strong work ethic. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
