Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members. Prior healthcare or service-oriented experience preferred. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
