Key Responsibilities Assist in creating engaging and shareable content tailored for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Manage daily social media postings ensuring consistency with our brand voice and messaging. Monitor social media channels, respond promptly to comments and messages to boost engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and highlight key brand initiatives. Track, analyze, and report social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance. Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy improvements. Support brainstorming sessions to develop innovative social media strategies for upcoming projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient with major social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus. Previous social media experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is advantageous.
