We are currently seeking an efficient and proactive part-time Task and Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic team in New York City, New York . As a Task and Virtual Assistant, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our organization by alleviating workload burdens and contributing to a smooth operational flow. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars and schedule appointments to ensure efficient time management. Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy retrieval and processing. Handle communication with clients and team members, ensuring prompt responses and clear messaging. Assist in data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed. Coordinate projects and track progress, providing updates to management. Facilitate meetings, taking notes and distributing action items to relevant stakeholders. Research and compile information to support decision-making processes. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred: Previous experience in administrative or support roles. Familiarity with standard office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
