The Dental Technician will support dental services by preparing, maintaining, and managing dental equipment and materials. The role ensures high standards of patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Dental Technology or related field
- Registration with relevant regulatory authority
- Experience in a dental setting (advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Support dental procedures as required
- Ensure sterilization and infection control practices
- Maintain accurate records of dental materials and supplies
- Properly store and handle dental equipment
- Adhere to Medical Council of Malawi and regulatory guidelines
