Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, organizing case files, and helping compile information on Mexican regulations and international legal issues. The role also involves supporting client-related projects, preparing summaries and reports, and collaborating with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate work products. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico, offering practical experience and exposure to both domestic and cross-border legal work.Qualifications Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret Mexican laws and regulations.Basic proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and case files.Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is an advantage.Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from senior legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.Enrollment in a Law degree program (Licenciatura en Derecho) or recent graduate seeking professional experience.Interest in business law, corporate transactions, and cross-border legal matters is highly beneficial.High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to client service.
