Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Paralegal role based in Panama City. The Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and managing case files. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining legal records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and liaising with clients to provide administrative support. The incumbent will also play an integral role in the drafting of contracts, correspondence, and other legal materials.

Qualifications

Understanding and knowledge of Law and legal proceduresProficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and legal teamsAbility to conduct thorough Research to support legal cases and documentationDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsProficiency in legal software and document management systemsBachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related fieldFluency in Spanish and English is highly preferredPrevious experience in corporate or intellectual property law is considered a strong asset
