Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Passenger Service Agent. The position is located in San Juan. As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with cruise line check-ins, handling customer service inquiries, facilitating boarding processes, and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for all passengers. Additional responsibilities include coordinating managing passenger documents, and addressing any passenger needs or concerns in a timely manner.
