Patient Concierge

At OmniStem, the patient experience doesn't begin when treatment starts, it begins the moment someone decides to trust us with their health. We're looking for a Concierge who understands that distinction and delivers accordingly.
This is an on-site role at our center in Punta Cana. You'll be the face of OmniStem from the moment patients arrive, managing logistics, setting the emotional tone of the visit, and ensuring every detail of their stay reflects our standard of care.
What you'll do:
• Welcome patients and companions on arrival, warmly, professionally, and fully prepared• Manage all pre-arrival communication: logistics, documentation, expectations, and open questions• Coordinate airport transfers, accommodation, and daily scheduling throughout each patient's stay• Deliver personalized welcome packages and anticipate needs before they're expressed• Maintain and nurture relationships with returning patients• Present Supportive Treatments naturally in appropriate on-site contexts (walk-in inquiries and patient companions)• Document every interaction completely and accurately in Zoho CRM
What we're looking for:
• Native or fluent Spanish and advanced or native English, both are required.• Background in luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or medical concierge.• Instinct for proactive service, you anticipate, you don't react.• Warm, professional presence with the discretion to handle sensitive situations.• Organized enough to manage multiple patients, logistics, and details simultaneously without friction.• Prior commercial or sales-support experience is a plus.• Experience in health, wellness, or medical tourism is desirable but not required.
The details:
• On-site, full-time at OmniStem Punta Cana.• Monday–Friday with half-day Saturday availability.• Fixed base salary with performance-based component tied to patient satisfaction and treatment conversion.
