Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize appointment schedules based on clinical priorities and patient availability. Maintain and update scheduling software and patient management systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Assist with patient check-in by verifying information and collecting necessary data upon arrival. Respond to patient inquiries regarding scheduling with clarity and professionalism. Participate in team meetings to address scheduling challenges and propose process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong communication skills essential for effective patient and team interaction.
