WE ARE HIRING: PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
About the Role:As a Patient Services Represenrative, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying patient information, processing referrals, and supporting a smooth onboarding experience for patients.
You'll be part of ACC’s bilingual team supporting a U.S.-based healthcare client, using internal systems while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.
Location: Guayaquil
Work Mode: On-site
Requirements:English level B2+ or higher.Previous healthcare experience is a plus (patient intake, referrals, medical offices, insurance verification, healthcare customer service, or related fields).Strong communication and customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and professionalism with confidential information.
