Minimum QualificationsExperience – 5+ years in operations, finance, or technology at a startup or high-growth tech company.Project Leadership – Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership across diagnosis, analysis, process design, and delivery with technical teams.Analytical Toolkit – SQL and advanced Excel; comfortable building dashboards from scratch.Languages – Full professional fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.Emerging Markets – Direct experience operating in or with LatAm markets.Operator Mindset – Hands-on IC instincts; comfortable juggling time-sensitive priorities autonomously across time zones.
