Payroll Coordinator

Ensure the proper functioning of the various payroll processes in conjunction with compliance with legal regulations.
📍 Location: Santiago & Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
What You’ll DoProcess and reconcile payroll accurately and on time for scheduled payroll cycles.Maintain payroll records and support payroll audits, reporting, and compliance activities.Validate and upload payroll adjustments, corrections, and differences.Review and resolve payroll observations.Execute TSS payments and ensure compliance with labor and social security requirements.
What We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business Administration, General or Organizational Psychology, Accounting and/or Business Administration.1 year experience in Payroll ProcessProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsCommunication skillsIntermediate English
