About the role
Join Solvo Global Careers as an Implementation Consultant and lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. Serve as the main point of contact, helping ensure a smooth transition, deliver client training, configure solutions, and provide a great customer experience.
Employment type: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client implementations.
- Train and support clients during onboarding.
- Troubleshoot implementation and system issues.
- Configure client accounts and employee data.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Sales, and Client Relations teams.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with US Payroll.
- Strong client-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- English level B2+ or higher and Spanish proficiency are required.
