🌟 About the RoleJoin our team as an Implementation Consultant and lead the onboarding and implementation process for new PEO clients. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth transition, delivering client training, configuring solutions, and driving a great customer experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities🔹 Manage end-to-end client implementations 🔹 Train and support clients during onboarding 🔹 Troubleshoot implementation and system issues 🔹 Configure client accounts and employee data 🔹 Coordinate with Payroll, Sales, and Client Relations teams 🔹 Identify process improvement opportunities
🎯 Must-Have Qualifications✅ 2+ years of experience with US Payroll ✅ Strong client-facing experience ✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ✅ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities🛑 Mandatory Skills🇺🇸🇬🇧 English Level B2+ or higher (Required) 🇪🇸 Spanish proficiency (Required)
