Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support daily HR operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll, maintaining employee records, tracking attendance and PTO, assisting with onboarding and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in payroll and/or human resources.Experience processing payroll accurately and on schedule.Strong knowledge of payroll procedures and HR best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Workday, or similar).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Experience supporting U.S.-based payroll is a plus.
