We are looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional who can manage payroll processing and benefits administration in a fast-paced environment. This role combines technical payroll expertise with strong employee support, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and excellent internal service. Key Responsibilities Payroll AdministrationProcess payroll accurately and on time, including timesheets, overtime, bonuses, and payroll adjustmentsPrepare and manage tax documents such as W-2s and 1099sEnsure payroll records and documentation are properly maintainedCompliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with payroll and benefits regulationsPrepare reports and support internal or external auditsStay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulatory requirementsEmployee SupportProvide guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits policiesSupport new hire onboarding sessions related to payroll and benefitsDevelop educational materials to help employees better understand payroll and benefits processesQualifications2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administrationExperience with payroll systems and HRIS platformsAdvanced Excel skillsStrong understanding of payroll and benefits regulations including FLSA, COBRA, ACA, and ERISAExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPayroll or HR certifications such as CPP or PHR are a plusPerksCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid work environment with office in MedellinOccasional overtime during peak payroll periodsOpportunity to grow into broader HR responsibilities beyond payroll and benefitsIf you have any questions after reviewing the role, feel free to reach out.
