Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Tax Manager to join one of our large HCM clients, supporting payroll tax and statutory compliance across LATAM jurisdictions. This role will lead the LATAM payroll tax and compliance function, managing and supporting a team of seasoned compliance professionals while driving modernization, efficiency, and collaboration.You will play a key role in advancing AI‑driven compliance, automation strategies, and intelligent tax solutions, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure payroll products remain compliant. This is a strategic leadership position operating at the intersection of tax law, technology, and product innovation within a global environment.Key Responsibilities include:
Monitor payroll tax, statutory, and regulatory changes and assess impact to payroll productsTranslate legislative and compliance updates into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teamsAct as a key liaison between Compliance and Product teams, building trusted partnerships and ensuring timely implementationDrive process improvements, automation, and use of AI and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve consistencyStep into day‑to‑day team activities as needed (coverage, onboarding, process improvement initiatives)

*Pay range for this role is between $800,000 - $1,200,000 MXN.
