What You’ll DoLabor Relations Management and Conflict Resolution: Follow up, mediate, and resolve value report cases, support in the mediation of labor relations cases, and represent the organization in legal hearings. This also includes responding to law firm requests and following up on legal cases. Jira Tickets follow up for conflict resolutions.Execution and Follow-Up of Employee Terminations: Manage and complete the employee termination process (dismissals, layoffs, and resignations), including severance payroll audits and tracking the required documentation. Print severance check and deliver them.Ensure the 90-day evaluation of new employees through performance evaluations, and provide feedback on employee performance to recruitment processes. Prepare Ministry of labor documentation & Follow up CCD employees labor accidents (Idopril)
What We’re Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, General or Organizational Psychology.Experience in labor relations.Communication skillsOrganizational skillsDetail OrientedHigh Intermediate English
