This full-time role requires working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and precision are essential to meet client delivery schedules. Key Responsibilities Safely and efficiently load and unload materials from trucks and containers. Verify accuracy of shipments by checking product specifications on incoming and outgoing loads. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free loading area. Coordinate with team members to meet timely loading schedules. Assist in inventory tracking and report any discrepancies. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment. Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and suggest operational improvements. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in loading or warehouse operations preferred. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform demanding physical tasks. Knowledge of loading dock procedures and warehouse safety standards. Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively within a team. Good communication skills.
