People Operations Coach

🚀 We’re Hiring: People Operations CoachAre you a strong leader with experience in operations, team management, and performance coaching? 👀We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a People Operations Coach!
In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support and coach team members, monitor performance, collaborate with different departments, and help ensure a smooth and successful operation.
🔹 What we’re looking for:• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the BPO industry• Experience managing and supporting operational teams• Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills• Growth and service mindset• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics• Client relationship management experience is a plus• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience
🎯 The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, solving problems, and helping teams achieve their goals.📍 Location: San Pedro Sula, Honduras🕗 Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM📅 Days Off: 2 days off per week (1 weekend day and 1 weekday)
