Perfect Execution Continuous Improvement Manager

REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor degree. • Bilingual 90%. • At least 8 years of related experience (Manufacturing) with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years and a Master’s degree, or a PhD with 3 years experience, or equivalent experience. • Experience in continuous improvement, operating excellence programs, project management, Lean Six Sigma, data analysis and root cause analysis, new product introduction and transfer, innovation, business intelligence, cost reduction programs. • Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. • Decision-making and analytical skills based on data and root causes. • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred), MS Office, Minitab, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD • Overall project management, Kaizen initiatives, ISO 9001. • Availability and documentation to travel to USA.
