What you’ll doManage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns targeting U.S. audiences.Monitor campaign spend, lead quality, costs, and conversion rates.Analyze metrics such as CPC, CTR, CAC, and ROAS to identify opportunities for improvement.Support tests of ads, messaging, and landing pages.What we’re looking for✅ At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing analytics.✅ Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.✅ Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.✅ Advanced English and the ability to communicate insights clearly.📍 Location: 100% on-site in Bogotá, near Calle 100 and Carrera 19.📄 Contract: Permanent employment contract.🕒 Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.Benefits✨ Private healthcare and dental coverage.💪 Smart Fit membership or a COP $90,000 monthly gym allowance.🚌 COP $250,000 monthly transportation allowance.🍽️ COP $40,000 daily meal allowance, loaded onto a debit card.✈️ An annual trip to New York with travel expenses covered.
